Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the Shopping cart page when both the delivery method and parcel machine location or courier country is selected.
We offer a standard Parcel Machine delivery service with OMNIVA SIA to Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. And courier services to most of European countries. However, the pricing and the estimated delivery times for each country varies.

All orders are tracked.
As soon as your order will be dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information (link to a tracking page). Tracking information will also be available from your order page straight after the package has been sent out.
You will be able to track your order all the way until the parcel will be delivered to you by the courier or dropped into the selected Omniva Parcel Machine / Pickup point.
When delivering to Parcel Machine, you will receive an SMS message with door code for the selected parcel machine in your area. Locate your parcel machine, choose the “Recieve parcel” option on the screen, and enter the door code. The appropriate door should open and you can pick up your parcel.
When delivering via Courier, you will receive your order at the address you've provided. The courier also might call you before handing off the package to you.
Remember, this is an estimate, and is based on when the order has been paid off, packaged, and sent out. We try to process your payments, package, and send parcels as quickly as possible during the working days. To see the progress of your order, check your order page which is available after the order is made and is sent via email.
You will also find a link to detailed tracking information in your order page and email.
If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, don't worry! There may be a delay with your tracking being updated, but it should update soon. If you feel something is wrong please contact us via our contact form or send us an email at info@brola.eu.

Delivery to EU mainland addresses isn't subject to customs or import charges.
