Here at BROLA.EU we do not store any credit card information or payment details. If you are using the bank transfer payment method, your payment details will be stored by the bank history. We are manually processing such transactions and only changing the status of your order once paid.

Your contact history with us

What you’ve said to us — for example, by email, on Social Media, or in private messages. If you contact us by phone we may record calls too.

We store this information to provide customer service and support as well as to improve the services we provide to you.

Purchase history

What you’ve bought in the past along with the delivery address filled in the order form.

Sharing your information

We are only sharing delivery information with our delivery providers, such as OMNIVA SIA Reģ.nr.: 40103527192.

We are not sharing any of your personal information with any other third parties and other companies, except the one mentioned above.

Marketing messages

If you have said we can, we’ll send you marketing messages to keep you aware of what we’re up to and to help you see and find our products and services.

How to stop marketing messages from BROLA.EU

Emails: You can click on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any marketing email you receive, and this will take you to the unsubscribe page and you will be immediately unsubscribed from all marketing emails.

Keeping your information

We’ll hold on to your information for as long as you continue to be an BROLA.EU customer and for as long as we are required to keep it to ensure we meet our legal requirements across the globe.
