How to Use
Noemi Intense Lash Care Step 1.5 offers two application methods depending on your needs. It can be generously applied after the first step of lash and brow lifting, and just before Step 2. It only takes a few minutes to reinforce lashes and brows.
Lash Care:
After applying and removing Step 1 of the lash lift, generously apply Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion to the lashes. Let it work for 5 minutes for deep repair, or 2 minutes for healthy lashes. Then, apply Step 2 of the lash lift (fixative lotion). For regular maintenance, apply a thin layer of the lotion after Step 1. Let it work for 2 minutes for strong and shiny lashes.
Brow Care:
After applying and removing Step 1 of the Brow Lift, generously apply Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion to the brows. Let it work for 5 minutes for deep repair. Then, apply Step 2 of the brow lift (neutralizing cream). For regular maintenance, apply a thin layer of the lotion after Step 1. Let it work for 2 minutes for strong and shiny brows.
Intense 1.5 can be used with all brands of lash lift and brow lift.
